Significant legislative reform to the Insurance Contracts Act 1984 has recently occurred with the long awaited developments delivered by the Insurance Contracts Amendment Act 2013. These significant amendments have resulted in changes to the following areas:
The amending Act received assent on 28 June 2013. This edition includes pre amendment and future versions of the legislation where appropriate.
